Dev Log 2: 2021-09-29


We're about 2-3 weeks into CSC404.

So far we have a basic idea of what our game should be, in terms of mechanics and theme (look at Creative Brief 1).

Our current Implementation is missing everything core to our game.

It has a very basic layout of a flat level, and a simple model for our playable characters.

It also has a ~20 sec BGM loop, fitting the Indiana Jones/Temple Run theme of our level.

We're still trying to get our yarn ball rolling correctly, have the platform be adjustable from the four corners.

We're also going to try making this work with only two players instead of four, given our scope and time limits.

Since we have cat models, we’re going to make our ball a yarn ball.

We haven't attached a build resembling these changes, but you can look at our last published build, which is our game jam build.
