Dev Log 12: 2021-12-08


We finally fixed our platform stretching physics, which proved to be troublesome.

We had bugs with our stretching arms too, these are now fixed.

We got our new longer BGM which we labelled as our main theme. It sounds pretty good. I love our music students.

We got an SFX for stretching, which we’ll attach to either our arms or platform, depending on which makes more sense in game.

We have four new prefabs for level/trap/obstacle sections. All of them require much more synchronization, and hopefully communication as well, between players. We’ll let you look at those in our final game build.

We also have a timer now, with milliseconds granularity. And a reset count. Both are stuck to the upper left corner of the screen. They flash when the level is finished to indicate your record.
